1. CSV - (Comma Separated Values) Standardised Format.
2. Absolute and relative cell references. A1 refers to the box. A1 and relative cell references are relative to where you are, the formula changes depending on where you copy and paste it.
It absolutely always refers to that cell wherever you copy and paste the formula.
3. NAMED CELLS, NAMED RANGES
Named cells is an absolute reference. Named ranges is an automatic reference. (eg. naming list of marks as 'Marks') It makes reading formulas easy, rather than a whole list of numbers.
4. Sum, Average, Maximum, Minimum, Integer, Rounding, Counting, If, Lookup
5. Filtering - (Cutting down the information) perform searches using AND, OR, NOT, LIKE.
6. Perform Searches using Wildcards (* or anything). Broadens searches.
